This booking is for an aesthetic assessment to see if you are eligible for a Fraxel re:store Dual treatment and to assess your skin and determine the required level of treatment.

Appointment Pricing
The cost of a booking with Ageless Clinics is $40 including GST. This will be refunded to you on conclusion of your appointment time. Please read our refunds policy below to make sure you are clear about the non-refundable terms if you do not show up to the appointment.

Treatment Booking Pricing
The booking fee for a treatment is a 10% downpayment on 3-4 treatments if you are a fitness first member. The balance of 2500.00 is payable after the first treatment and to be eligible for the offer you will need to produce your fitness first member card.

Where and When
Predefined booking times for your capital city are highlighted in the booking schedule (next step). Ageless Clinic's staff will meet with you at a given location to assess eligibility and treatment options for you. You will receive a reminder SMS one day before the appointment and we will also be in communication with you regarding the specific location. We will look after you and make it as easy as possible for you.

Refund policy
You will be 100% refunded the amount at the conclusion of the aesthetic assessment. If you are unable to attend the appointment you may reschedule or request a refund at least 48 hours before the assessment day. You will not be refunded if you cancel after the 48 hour timeframe or if you fail to turn up for the appointment on the given day.
