I am a sceptic like anyone, but I had a free consultation with Dr Jeremy and he explained how CoolSculpting works. During his assessment, he told me that I would get great results and I decided to try the procedure as it was a quick procedure without side effects.
CoolSculpting (by Zeltiq) Treatment
The procedure itself takes 1hr per treatment.
I will say that the treatment is a little uncomfortable for about the first 7 minutes, then its just cold, the area is a little sore for about a week and then you are fine, nothing too serious.
Lost 8cm around stomach, gone down from size 38 to 36(nearly 34)
I was worried that after about 4 weeks i didn't notice any change, then literally within about 5 days... i lost 8cm around my stomach area as i had my 'love handles done'
The biggest change is that the area now is so much smaller and i can pinch the 'love handles' whereas before i couldn't because they were a little too... 'big' ! (kinda hard to talk about this stuff on your own body!)
I have gone down from a size 38 waist to a 36 (nearly a 34) and really cannot describe how good the results have been. You can see by the pictures.

The treatment was a phenomenal success.
I am currently away on work but on return I am going to have 4 more area's treated. I would without doubt recommend the treatment, it is expensive, but it really works.
