1. General
These terms and conditions govern the Mother's Day promotional offers made available by Ageless Clinics located at Shop 1, 17 Hollywood Avenue
Bondi Junction NSW. By redeeming any offer described below, you agree to these terms and conditions in full.
The promotional closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 10 May 2026. No bookings or purchases made after this time will be eligible for the promotional pricing.
2. Promotional Offers
2.1 HydraFacial Package
• A package of three (3) HydraFacial treatments is available for $600 AUD (inclusive of GST) during the promotional period.
• The standard price for three HydraFacial treatments is $885 AUD. The promotional saving is $285 AUD.
• The package must be purchased in full during the promotional period. Individual sessions cannot be purchased at the promotional rate.
• All three sessions must be redeemed within six (6) months of the purchase date.
• Sessions are non-transferable and must be used by the same individual.
• Appointments are subject to availability.
2.2 Skin Rejuvenating Treatments
• A discount of ten percent (10%) applies to the following treatments booked and paid for during the promotional period: RF Microneedling, Laser Genesis, Ultherapy, and CO2 Laser.
• The 10% discount applies to the standard listed price of each treatment at the time of booking.
• The discount cannot be combined with any other offer, voucher, or package pricing.
• Treatments must be booked during the promotional period. The appointment itself may be scheduled for a date after 10 May 2025, subject to availability.
• A valid booking confirmation and payment is required to lock in the promotional price.
2.3 IS Clinical Skincare
• A discount of ten percent (10%) applies to all IS Clinical skincare products purchased in-clinic or via the Ageless Clinics website during the promotional period.
• The discount applies to the standard retail price of IS Clinical products as listed at the time of purchase.
• The offer is valid while stocks last. The Clinic does not guarantee availability of specific products.
• This offer is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or staff pricing.
3. Eligibility
• Promotional offers are available to new and existing clients of Ageless Clinics.
• Treatment offers are available to individuals aged 18 years and over.
• Employees of Ageless Clinics and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
4. Bookings and Payment
• All treatment bookings must be made via agelessclinics.com.au or by calling the clinic directly during business hours.
• Full payment or a valid deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm the promotional price.
• Bookings are subject to a standard cancellation policy. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may forfeit the deposit.
• The Clinic reserves the right to refuse a booking at its discretion.
5. Consultations and Suitability
All clinical treatments are subject to a pre-treatment consultation with a qualified practitioner. The Clinic reserves the right to decline to perform a treatment if, in the practitioner's clinical judgement, the treatment is not appropriate for the individual. In such cases, the promotional price may be applied to an alternative suitable treatment at the Clinic's discretion, or a full refund will be provided.
Individual results from treatments vary. The Clinic does not guarantee specific outcomes from any treatment.
6. Refunds and Exchanges
• Promotional packages and treatments are non-refundable once a session has been commenced.
• Unused sessions within a package may be refunded on a pro-rata basis if a refund is requested in writing before the first session is attended, subject to the Clinic's discretion.
• IS Clinical skincare products are non-refundable once opened, unless the product is faulty.
• Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law are not affected by these terms.
7. Gift Vouchers
• Promotional offers may be purchased as gift vouchers for a third party.
• Gift vouchers issued under this promotion are valid for six (6) months from the date of purchase.
• Gift vouchers are non-transferable and have no cash value.
• Lost or stolen gift vouchers will not be replaced.
8. Advertising Compliance
All promotional materials relating to this campaign have been prepared in accordance with the AHPRA Guidelines for Advertising a Regulated Health Service and the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) Advertising Code. The Clinic does not make therapeutic claims and does not use patient testimonials in its advertising. Results from treatments vary between individuals.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the Clinic excludes all liability for any loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in this promotion or the redemption of any offer. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
10. General Conditions
• The Clinic reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or extend this promotion at any time without prior notice.
• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
• Any disputes arising from this promotion will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
• If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
